In 2011, Team Taylor ran as a team at the 7th Annual Pat’s Run on April 16th, 2011 with the largest team at Pat’s Run with over 170 team members and raised over $4,000 for First Candle.

In 2012, Team Taylor raised over $20,000 for First Candle and had about 150 team members.

2013 brought over $60,000 for First Candle. Since then, we have formed a 501(c) (3) Foundation, Three Butterflies to distribute the monies raised to the best and most active researchers in the country.

Since 2014 Team Taylor raises over $100,000 each year to support SIDS researchers at Boston Children’s Hospital including Dr. Hannah Kinney and her team. Their research has led the most promising development of our knowledge on SIDS and the involvement of the neurotransmitter Serotonin.

Team Taylor also supports Phoenix Children’s hospital’s Cribs for Kids campaign that provides families in need with a safe place for their baby to sleep.

A total of $142,000 was raised by Team Taylor in 2016 and $165,000 in 2017.

In 2019, a total of $220,000 was raised by Team Taylor. This makes a grand total of $970,000 raised to date.

This year will be 8th Annual Team Taylor Family Fun Run taking place on Sunday, April 5th.

Goal: 1,200 runners/walkers and raise
$250,000 for SIDS Research Education and Prevention.
